Network maintenance NL-EIN-1

We will be upgrading the software on our network equipment in our NL-EIN-1 datacenter location

Black building test in NL-EIN-1 datacenter

NorthC Datacenter will be performing the yearly netfail test/black building test in NL-EIN-1. The datacenter will be disconnected from the public electrical grid and run on the backup systems. The risk is determined to be low.

Maintenance will be starting at 7AM and ending at 10AM.

Managed Mail Managed Mail service outage

Currently some customers may experience problems sending e-mails through our Managed Mail service offering.

  • A permanent fix has been deployed to ensure availability of the Managed Mail service.

  • The Managed Mail service has been fixed and is available again. Further investigation will be held to find the exact cause of the outage.

  • Eindhoven (NL) Hypervisor outage

    A hypervisor in Steenbergen, NL is having network issues. We are investigating. VM's may be unreachable. Redundant services should not be impacted.

  • During a routine maintenance on a hypervisor a network change was applied, which resulted in the hypervisor dropping packets. The applied configuration was applied before on different hypervisors, and thus no downtime was expected.

    We are monitoring the situation and further investigation will be done to prevent this in the future.
