Black building test in NL-EIN-1 datacenter

NorthC Datacenter will be performing the yearly netfail test/black building test in NL-EIN-1. The datacenter will be disconnected from the public electrical grid and run on the backup systems. The risk is determined to be low.

Maintenance will be starting at 7AM and ending at 10AM.

Outage Managed Cloud customers

We are looking into it. At first seems a full outage with our loadbalancing service.

The incident has been fixed and all services are back normal.

The issue has been fixed. Further investigation will be done to find the root cause of the incident. All loadbalancers have been recovered.
