GitLab Runner registration token removal

In response to GitLab's recent announcement regarding the removal of deprecated runner registration tokens, we are conducting a necessary migration for our Managed GitLab Runner offering. This proactive step ensures seamless service continuity and compliance with the latest GitLab runner workflow.

If you received an email titled "Important update information for customers using runner registration tokens", it pertains to this migration.

Black building test in NL-EIN-1 datacenter

NorthC Datacenter will be performing the yearly netfail test/black building test in NL-EIN-1. The datacenter will be disconnected from the public electrical grid and run on the backup systems. The risk is determined to be low.

Maintenance will be starting at 7AM and ending at 10AM.

Eindhoven (NL) Migration web001.ntwrk.eu

Unfortunately, as we were evaluating the migration - we noticed irregularities in webhosting packages. Because of this, a small portion of our customers are experiencing problems with some missing files on the webhosting located at the new server, web001.ntwrk.eu. We are working around the clock to get all files back as they initially should have been, making all websites available again. If your website shows an (500) error, this is most likely the root cause of the issue.

If you experience this issue and you need your website up in a shortly time manner, please open a ticket and we will manually look into it.

  • We have got confirmation that all websites are fully recovered.

  • All files have been restored. We are watching the issue and looking into it if all problems are resolved.

  • Files that have been deleted since Sunday morning may get restored in this proces. This for example also includes e-mails that are moved between folders or removed. Data integrity is very important to us and so we make sure that everything is properly migrated. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. A restore is still in progress.

  • Unfortunately, we have gotten some new cases and we're looking into the matter. The root cause of the issue has been identified and we'll be working on it to fix all websites.

  • All files have been restored. All websites that worked on the past environment, should work again.
