Packet loss on network routes via Amsterdam Monday 11th August 2025 23:40:00


Between approximately 23:40 and 23:42, we experienced a brief period of increased packet loss affecting some traffic routed through our Amsterdam Point of Presence. The issue has been fully resolved, and all services are operating normally. The total duration of impact was approximately 2 minutes.

Our networking team will conduct an investigation into this event to identify opportunities to improve our network's resilience and further reduce the impact of similar failures in the future.
