High packetloss on NAT service Wednesday 30th July 2025 13:23:00


We're investigating.

A fix was implemented earlier today to prevent it from happening again. We will be making some additional changes later tonight, to ensure it won't happen again.

The impact was specifically noticeable on our NAT service, other parts of the network were unaffected - besides some internal components.

The incident has been solved. We will continue to work on it and watch the network, and will later provide a Reason for Outage.

Things are stabilising, but we're continuing to investigate.

We're still actively investigating the problem.
